When the earth keeps rotating, why don't we fall?
For example, the earth is round and it keeps rotating continuously but why do we never feel it? We always remain stable at our place, why do we not fall?
Actually our earth keeps rotating on its axis for 24 hours. The speed of the earth is 1600 kilometers per hour. Day and night occur in one rotation of it. We are unable to feel it because we are also rotating with the same speed along with the earth.
Since the speed of the earth is constant i.e. it rotates at the same speed, we are unable to feel it. If it increases or decreases its speed somewhere or the earth stops somewhere, then we will feel a strong shock and we will understand that we were on a journey.
Just like when we are travelling on a flight at the speed of 800 kilometres per hour and we don’t realise it, but when it comes down and stops, then we feel a jerk.
